We accept the following payment options:

• Check (US funds only)
• Money Orders (US funds only)
• Wire transfers in US funds. Call for instructions.
• Bank drafts in US funds.
• Traveler's Checks (US funds only)
• Call if you have questions about other options.
• Please allow up to 5 days for domestic cheks to clear and up to 4 weeks for checks drawn on non-US Banks.
• Credit cards must be in the name of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse credit card payment for e-mail or phone purchases.
  

Ceramics & Glass

• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for ceramic and glass commissions.
• All commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Ceramic and glass pieces can be inscribed with a message in 22 k gold. This can be done by telephone or via e-mail. The normal charge of $35 will be waived if you purchase on the web site.
• No returns on ceramic pieces.
• Shipping charge will be quoted based on size and weight.
• Mears Gallery will pay insurance.

• Shipped immediately upon clearance of payment.

Shipping

Shipping is via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  If the container arrives damaged, try to open it in the driver's presence if possible, to check the condition of the art itself. If you are not able to do this, note damage to the package when signing for the delivery. If possible, obtain photos of the damage before opening. In the event the art itself is damaged, please keep all packing materials and damaged goods. Call the gallery immediately. We will then advise how you should proceed.
